The Nodaway Valley Bank and Pizza Ranch are joining forces this holiday season

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Thanks to Nodaway Valley Bank and Pizza Ranch, 24 families in the Maryville R-2 School District who need a little help this holiday season will be getting coupons.

Families will be able to use those coupons to get a free large pizza or free eight-piece fried chicken. Maryville Pizza Ranch owner Kim Baker said the idea originated several years ago at the corporate level.

“They were so adamant about being involved in community activities and community impact nights, but there was just one thing missing. That was the kids and families that were dependent on people providing them food in their area,” said Baker.

Baker said they'll be providing those coupons over the course of 12 days, starting Dec. 20th. He adds that if the family doesn't have a car to go to the Pizza Ranch in Maryville, the restaurant will have it delivered.
